1 - Scope of application
1.1. These sales conditions apply to:

• (a) all offers contained on this website - also referred to as the "site" - issued by coroadeflores, owned by Sara Maria Correia de Lacerda Coutinho, with VAT number: 226 711 544, with an office at R. José Brandão de Almeida, nº 15, R/C E, 2725-350 Sintra and headquartered at Rua D. João de Castro nº 7, 2725-335 Mem Martins;
• (b) all agreements and relationships concluded between coroadeflores and any customer who places orders through this website.

1.2. Coroadeflores only accepts orders for products through this website, subject to these sales conditions.
1.3. The general sales conditions are the only ones applicable and replace all other conditions, except with prior express written agreement. Coroadeflores may modify certain provisions of its general conditions, so it is necessary to reread them on each visit to the website www.coroadeflores.pt (hereinafter referred to as "Site"). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general sales conditions.

2 - Ordering Process
To make purchases through this website, the following data is required for the order:

• Name;
• Surname;
• Email;
• Phone number.

2.1. Choosing Products
The products presented on this website are grouped by various Categories. These categories are identified in the top menu of the website. By choosing a category you will have access to the category belonging to the selected area, as well as to the list of products. The products viewed on the site that you wish to order should be selected and inserted into the shopping cart, using the Buy option. You can also obtain more detailed information about the products viewed by clicking on the product name to access detailed images of them. 2.2 Shopping Cart
After adding all the products you want to order to the shopping cart, you should proceed to complete your order. For this purpose, you should follow these steps:

• Step 1: Identification (If you have already logged in, you can proceed to Step 2.);
• Step 2: Billing Address and Account;
• Step 3: Shipping Address;
• Step 4: Shipping Method;
• Step 5: Payment Method;
• Step 6: Confirm Order.

After confirming your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. 2.3 Order Acceptance
The availability of the ordered products and the acceptance of your order will be confirmed by phone or, if not possible, by sending a new email.
Only with this acceptance by coroadeflores, the agreement that binds www.coroadeflores.pt and the customer will be formed, and these sales conditions are part of it.
Coroadeflores may withdraw an offer or change the indicated price at any time until the agreement is reached with the customer. Coroadeflores cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors. The displayed images may not correspond to the products.

3 - Deliveries and Shipping Fees
3.1. See conditions at: Shipping and Returns 3.2. Coroadeflores respects the deadlines of an order as long as there is availability of stock. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, coroadeflores will contact the customer by email or phone within 15 days from the date of the order. Coroadeflores will make its best efforts to deliver the products and/or services on the scheduled date, but it cannot be held responsible for delays due to any reason.

4 - Other Procedures related to Deliveries
4.1. The prices shown already include the final value with taxes, without delivery. The delivery cost varies depending on the chosen delivery option, with a different cost for same-day or next-day deliveries. The delivery cost applies to deliveries to be made within a city. Deliveries to a distance greater than 10km from a city must be confirmed in advance by coroadeflores. 4.2. Orders will only be valid once payment has been confirmed. 4.3. It is entirely the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that authorized individuals are present to receive the flowers. 4.4. It is also entirely the responsibility of the Customer to provide the correct delivery address. Whenever coroadeflores receives information about an incorrect address or an unknown recipient, it will send an email or make a phone call to the Customer in order to redirect the delivery without the products being returned to coroadeflores. In the case of delivery returns, the transport cost will be charged. 4.5. If there is no one at the delivery address, a card specifying the date and time we were there and contact numbers will be left in order to arrange for the collection of the order. The person who placed the order is immediately notified and, if desired, delivery can be made again upon payment of a new fee. 4.6. After the flower delivery has been made, the customer may receive a notice in their email. This service is entirely free and constitutes a special benefit directed to coroadeflores customers. 4.7. It is only possible to cancel a flower delivery order if it has not yet been delivered or if the delivery process is not underway. To cancel the order, you must send an email to compras@coroadeflores.pt with the title "Cancellation of Order No. 00000", or call our customer service center. In both cases, we will send a confirmation email of the cancellation to the email address specified in the order. Refunds, when payment has already been made, will be guaranteed, with cancellation fees of EUR 3.00 per order being deducted from the refund. Alternatively, a voucher with the full amount already charged can be issued, with no expiration date.

5 - Payment Methods
The available payment methods are:

• (a) Prepayment bank transfer;
• (b) Paypal; Credit Card.

6 - Handling and Security of Personal Data
6.1. In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, coroadeflores' customer and website user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and communication of their data at any time through the following means: by emailing info@coroadeflores.pt or by calling 21 243 3390. If the customer wishes to cancel their email, they must do so through the email address on our database, otherwise we will be unable to remove it. 6.2. The customer authorizes coroadeflores to process their personal data in an automated manner, including all data disclosed at the time of registration on the site, for the necessary purposes of contracting with the customer, managing and executing purchases and their records, access control, including the use of "cookies" technology, which may be accessed by coroadeflores' service providers and suppliers, including accounting and auditing companies. 6.3. 7 - Other Rights and Responsibilities
7.1. Username: Each registered customer will choose a unique, personal, and non-transferable Username (email). The password is chosen by the customer at the time of registration and should be kept secret. 7.2. Transaction Security: The payment methods available for collection guarantee you a payment upon delivery and, at the same time, maximum security, whether made in cash or by check. 7.3. Prices and Limitation to Existing Stock: Prices are presented in euros and include the respective taxes and fees (VAT). The prices indicated are exclusive for purchases made through this site. The availability of the products presented on the website is limited to the existing stock at any given time. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without notice, including due to stock replenishment. 7.4. Ownership of Content and Distinctive Signs: All data and content on the site, including trade distinctive signs, are the exclusive property of coroadeflores or third parties and as such protected by law. 7.5. Errors in Content: Coroadeflores assumes no responsibility for any errors in the site's content and information provided. Coroadeflores makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the site, reserving the right to freely change the site's content at any time and without notice. 7.6. Internet Usage: Coroa de Flores shall not be responsible for damages and inconveniences resulting from the use of the Internet, including, for example, as a result of service and access disruption or deficiency, external intrusion, the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure. 7.7. Newsletter: Newsletters sent by email are intended to promote Coroa de Flores' promotions and general information. Customers may receive the newsletter upon registering on the website or for the newsletter, unless they indicate otherwise.

8 - Legislation and Jurisdiction
Portuguese law and jurisdiction shall apply to this contract, and in the event of any dispute arising from it, the parties agree that the competent forum shall be the court of the district of Sintra, expressly waiving any other.
