If Coroa de Flores is responsible for the situation, a new delivery will be made at no additional cost to the customer, after rescheduling with the family of the deceased person.
Returns are not accepted, as flowers are perishable products.

On payment:
The entire process of selecting the payment method and entering the data for the order payment is properly protected.
We offer payment by credit card, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer.
The prices on our website do not include the delivery fee. The final price of the chosen bouquet or arrangement, which already includes packaging and greenery, has an additional delivery fee of 5,50€ that must be paid by the customer.
If the delivery location is a Chapel, Church, or Shrine, our team will always try to deliver directly to a family member of the deceased person, always taking into account the delicate and emotional situation, or to the representative of the Funeral Agency responsible.
If the delivery location is a Hospital, Home for the Elderly, Funeral Center, Day Center, or Health Center, the delivery is always made to a family member of the deceased person or to the person responsible for the delivery location.
In any case, we will always follow the customer's instructions and proceed as requested, always contacting them in case of doubt.
In the Greater Lisbon area, we deliver on Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 19:00.
In the rest of the country, including the Madeira and Azores islands, we do not guarantee deliveries on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.
For deliveries outside the indicated hours, Saturday afternoons, or on Sundays, we ask that you consult the possibility of delivery with our Customer Support Team.

Due to the fact that there is usually a defined time by the family for the Ceremony and then the respective transport to the Cemetery or Crematorium, we appreciate that your order is always placed at least 3 to 4 hours in advance of the Ceremony, as it is necessary to prepare the bouquet, arrangement, palm, or crown and make the delivery.
If you know the time of the Ceremony or the arrival of the deceased person at the Cemetery, we appreciate that you include that information in the Observations field of your order form. The same applies to the arrival time of the deceased person at the Church, Chapel, Shrine, etc.
